History

Tricorp is a young 100% Mexican company dedicated to the manufacture of high quality plastic spigots for fluids.

A group of enthusiastic businessmen with experience in the plastic process and market became aware of the need for a quality spigot for fluids and decided to start a leading business in this field.

And so Tricorp was founded on January 21, 1997.

The company began manufacturing high technology molds for the first spigot, which was designed to be used in plastic water dispensers and was called AFR-1.

In 1999, due to the success they had with the first model, they decided to study the need for a spigot for fluids and found two different niches. The first was in cold and hot water dispensers, which require a spigot with an internal thread to be installed in the appliances, and the second was in the artisan market, specifically liquid containers and water dispensers, which required a spigot with a longer thread due to the thickness of the ceramic wall.

In 2000, the company began manufacturing new spigot models: AFR-2 for the line of dispensers and AFR-3 for the line of liquid containers and ceramic water dispensers, which were completed the following year.

Today we have a large number of models in a wide variety of designs and colors. We don´t sit on our laurels and our design department continues developing new projects.
